Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After many attempts, PDF printing is still an issue with the M254DW. Purchased a Ricoh, no issues at all. And no, we did not have to reboot, reinstall, reformat, or whatever else HP wants you to do to get the stupid printer to JUST WORK. Sorry HP, see yall later. Looks like we will be divesting of all HP printers and going with another brand.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
