I have recently bought a HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 printer. First, installation went fine: It printed a test page with coloured lines which looked good. I quickly got wireless contact with my Macbook Pro and it automaticly printed some sort of communication information. Then I wanted to print a map from pdf - and the printed started to quickly spit out as many blank pages as were in the tray. Not even trying to print and not a single dot of colour anywhere.
I've restarted it, including taking the courd out. All ink cartridges, HP's own ink, look fine, both ink level and no residual plastic films. It works normally from a stationary PC. I tried to reinstall the printer via HP's own installation program. Only blank pages in the same time as the program said "Finished!" with a green check mark. Tried to print a text file, no result.
Anybody who has an idea why it works perfectly well with a PC but only pretends to work with my Mac?

- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
