Hey,
Since a few weeks i get stains on my paper from the printer.
The space between the stains stays the same, but the placing is every time a bit different.
With placing i mean the starting point in the lengt of the paper, in the width of the paper it stays in the same place.
So i imagine it is somewhere on a roller. (something that rolls).
I tried to look where the stains come from, which roller, but i can't figure it out.
Does anyone has an idea where it could be coming from, and how to clean or replace it?
i'm using a color laser jet pro MFP M277DW.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- What is the operating system?
- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
Keep me posted for further assistance.
