My printing continues to be streaky (blank horizontal stripes across documents regardless or B&W or Full Color.  I have tried all of the solutions noted in that thread:

  1. Clean cartridges
  2. Allign cartridges
  3. Hard restart (printer unplugged for several hours) then rebooted.
  4. Reallign cartridges
  5. Clean cartridges (twice)

While there was a very slight improvement between before & after the hard restart, none of the cleaning or alignment efforts seems to have made any difference.

 

There was a link to an HP document in the HP Employee response but that link is no longer valid so un able to try whatever was in that document.
