Hi @loanslayer13,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP ENVY Photo 7855 printer is stuck in a reboot mode, here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue.
Power Cycle the Printer
- Turn Off the Printer: Unplug the printer from the power outlet.
- Wait: Leave it unplugged for about 1-2 minutes.
- Plug It Back In: Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
Check for Firmware Updates
- If the printer powers on, check for any firmware updates:
- Open the printer’s control panel.
- Go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Update the Printer (if available).
Reset Network Settings
- If the printer turns on, you can try resetting the network settings:
- From the control panel, go to Setup > Network > Restore Network Settings.
- Reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Factory Reset
- If the previous steps don’t work, you may need to perform a factory reset:
- With the printer powered on, press and hold the Cancel and Wi-Fi buttons simultaneously until the printer restarts.
- Follow the prompts to set up the printer again.
Additional Tips
- Ensure that the printer is in a well-ventilated area and that there are no obstructions around it.
- Check the printer for any error messages or warning lights, which might provide additional clues about the issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
