@CrystalK1219, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP ENVY Photo 7858 printer is stuck on the loading screen, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer using the power button.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait for 60 seconds, then reconnect the power cord.
  • Turn the printer back on and check if the issue persists.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Open the printer doors and carefully check for any paper jams or obstructions.
  • Gently remove any jammed paper, making sure not to tear it.

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a reset by turning off the printer again.
  • Unplug any other connected cables (such as USB cables).
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed, which can be updated via a computer using HP Software or visiting the HP support website.

Check the Control Panel:

  • Verify that the touchscreen is responsive. If not, perform a system refresh by following the maintenance and service instructions from HP support.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
