A document which I have already printed continues to endlessly print further copies. Nothing in the Windows printer spool and will continue to print when my PC is offline

Hi @Zenpod,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9019/Premier All-in-One Printer is stuck printing a job and you can't stop it, follow these steps to resolve the issue.
Cancel Print Jobs from the Printer
- Use the Printer Control Panel:
- Go to the printer's control panel.
- Navigate to the "Cancel" or "Stop" option and press it. This may stop the printing process.
Restart the Printer
- Power Cycle the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Clear the Print Queue on Your PC
- Open the Print Queue:
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9019 and select See what's printing.
- Cancel the Stuck Print Job:
- If you see any jobs in the queue, select them and click on Cancel. If it’s not visible, it might be already cleared by the printer restart.
Restart the Print Spooler Service
- Open Services:
- Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
- Locate Print Spooler:
- Find Print Spooler in the list, right-click on it, and select Restart.
- Check for Pending Jobs:
- This will reset the print queue and clear any stuck jobs.
Disconnect the Printer Temporarily
- Unplug the Printer:
- Disconnect the USB or network connection temporarily.
- This should stop any ongoing print jobs while you troubleshoot further.
Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Update Drivers:
- Visit the HP support website to download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Reinstall Drivers:
- If updating doesn’t help, consider uninstalling the printer driver and reinstalling it.
Factory Reset the Printer (if necessary)
- Perform a Factory Reset:
- Refer to the printer's user manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset. This will erase any custom settings and restore the printer to default settings.
These steps should help you stop the endless print job and resolve any underlying issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
