HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Like the title says, have an issue with the Supply System on an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740. Specifically with Cyan Cartridge slot. Already tried replacing the cart, cleaning the contacts on the printhead assembly and unplugging the system while it's on then plugging back in after 60 sec. Just wondering if there's anything else I can try, be it workarounds or replacing parts. I know I can snag a replacement printhead assembly but I want to know if it's even worth it at this point. The rest of the printer is solid so it'd be a shame to e-waste it over something like this.

Once again, utterly pointless. I didn't come here for no reason. I've already gone through this process. I've gone through the troubleshooter and it didn't solve a thing and I've already attempted contacting HP support but again, because my printer is out-of-warranty you guys don't even want to touch this thing. Not unless I shell out a ton of money for your out-of-warranty services. I want an actual solution, not a repeat of what I've already done. Only thing left for me to do is replace the printhead but because that isn't a cheap fix either that isn't guaranteed to work, I'm rather hesitant to implement it. Especially now that I gave up on the project and just got myself a tank printer from Epson.
