I'm unable to print following a 'supply system problem' .
It happened immediately after I changed new ink cartridges. The magenta cartridge went in fine. I'm pretty careful and follow the instructions correctly and have changed many cartridges before with no problems. And the printer has worked well for a HP product. I replaced it with another new cartridge and it still doesn't work.
The crappy HP support says this community is the only support available to me, notwithstanding Australian Consumer Law. I have read other posts here about this problem and they offer no solution. I liked this printer but if one small thing totally destroys it and given HP's ink policies, it is time to change brands I think. I hear Kyocera and Brother make good printers...
Does anyone have any advice or tips? (Assuming that the next batch of cartridges don't work either.)
