Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an HP Officejet Pro 8720 printer and today I started seeing the print supply system error referring to the black cartridge. I replaced the cartridge but still get the error. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps - hard reset, cleaning the contacts, using a different cartridge, and even removing the printhead to clean it.  I sure would appreciate any additional suggestion for resolving this issue. This printer gets a lot of use because it is the classroom printer in out school's kindergarten classroom.
