Product: Tango Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Tango printer via the Smart app does not recognise my photo paper size of 4 x 6 inches ( which is in the printer ) and instead defaults to 5 x 7 inches - can this be changed? Currently my photos look zoomed in on 4x 6 and missing some of the print.

Did you close the width adjusters (in grey) of the input tray? Then also try to remove and load the photo media again.

Uninstall the HP Smart app and reinstall it and check if that helps.
