I am having problems setting up my house tango x printer it keeps saying that there is a problem with at least one of your ink cartridges but these are new as is the printer this is initial set up
any help greatly appreciated Andy

@Andy4rosey, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Reset the printer
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
Make sure the Ink cartridges are properly seated.
Check for any paper or plastic materials stuck inside the printer.
