HP Recommended 
I cannot find access to set the belt counters and the fuser unit to 0 in the menu of my HP Color Laser MFP 178nw

and clear the "prepare new transfer belt" and "prepare fuser soon" messages that are blocking my printer.

 

Can you help me please?
