Using MacOS Sonoma 14.4.1, printer selection is good, but test page will not print when using HP Easy Start for MacOS 14.  I have previously updated the firmware in the printer. Using  the HP Utilities in the system printer options, bypassing the system drivers, a test page will print. No Mac application will print anything. All jobs go to the printer queue and are stuck on pause. Resuming the job, it attempts to connect with the printer again but then goes on pause again. I can successfully print to this printer using a windows 10 system. It appears that the driver installed with HP Easy Start does not work. How can I fix this?

One solution is as follows. Delete the printer. Then, add it again using the "World" tab. Use the fixed IP address of the printer and the AirPrint protocol. Note that during the install of the printer software and driver, the test page does not print. However, now printing from all mac applications is working
