I have recently installed new print cartridges, cleaned the print heads and aligned. The test page prints absolutely fine but will not print cyan in subsquent documents. I have tried to uninstall the printer and reinstall it. Any ideas on how to solve the issue would be grately appreciated.

Did you have the same problem with cyan before replacing an ink cartridge?
If the ink cartridge was stored in the wrong position it will take some time to liquid ink gets from ink cartridge to printhead, leave it overnight and try to print something next day maybe it will help.
