When I try to get the print out..I am getting the Irror Icon in zero. Please attched the picture and advise me for solution..Thanks you

Hello,
Based on the image you had attached, the error condition on printer is due to Tri-Color Printhead. To fix the issue, you may have to remove , inspect and re-seat the printhead. Below is the URL to a document that should help you in this regard.

Hi,
Do you see the printhead alert light on the printer? it seems like it but not fully clear from the picture.

Can you see any of the printhead icons lit on the led?
