The Printer is not connected to the internet

My printer worked flawlessly for months. I have a ln android. Printer is deskjet 2755 /2700 Suddenly it wouldn't. Power and wifi lights are on solid. Orange info light is always flashing.  Instant ink symbol is blinking. But I have instant ink cartridges, they're not even close to being empty! They're in properly,  I've taken out and put in again. I'm on my free trial months. I've  Unplugged and plugged back in. Powered off and back on. Everything. ! The app and printer info pages are useless! The info pages tell me I may not be connected to hp ink anymore. (Then how am I logged in and it tells me my printer and ink status and such? It also says printer is connected to wifi, but not to the internet !

Wifi direct wont work. Plugging into laptop via USB didn't work. And obviously it isn't working trying to print from my Android which is what I've always used. I've talked to hp a couple times, they weren't helpful. And after 15 min of asking you questions and telling you to hold, then they tell you they arent trained about androids. (Even tho one of the first questions I was asked, was how was I trying to print) then they'd transfer me and I'd get hung up on. Talked to another person, who mirrored my phone screen and was able to do troubleshooting shat. Didn't work...that was 40min call. She told me to restart my phone and she'd call back. She didn't. She prob just wanted to get rid of me cuz she couldn't figure it out either. Please helpppppp!!! It seems like it would be an easy fix but I'm lost. I've tried near daily for 2 weeks now.
