The door is telling open even when it is closed. While the door is completely closed.

I know that English is may not be your native language.

 

You may mean to state that you are seeing an error message on the printer's LCD panel or on your PC. 

 

Can you be more specific?

 

Do you mean a certain access panel that you opened?

 

Have you tried opening it and closing it again?
