I bought a combo-pack 61 black + 61 tri-color xl ink. After inserting both the cartridges I am getting below error:
"The following ink Cartridge(s) must be replaced"
The black cartridge is working fine but I am having trouble with color one.

Cleaning the electrical contacts as shown in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error on your Officejet 4630 printer.
The cartridges do have a warranty, see the document here for information. To get warranty coverage you will need to go to the Contact HP page, then enter the information for your printer. At this point it will likely say "Manufacturer's warranty has expired" To the right of this it will say "See details". Click the "See details" link, which will open another page with more details. Near the bottom of the text will be a paragraph that says :
HP has checked your product information, including the product and serial numbers, to determine your warranty results.
The legal warranty expiration date is based on the date of purchase, as indicated on your receipt. If you feel these results are incorrect, you may submit a dispute for review. Dispute this >
Click on the "Dispute this" link which will ask for some additional contact information. Fill out the contact information, then in the bottom section select:

Hi manit1029,
sorry to hear that you encounter this difficulty. I am hoping that i can help, where possible.
There is HP support document guide for this issue https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c03743431.
If above is not helpful and the carrdige is newly purchased within waranty, you can contact HP @ HERE
Alternatively, I found other post mentioned the same thing months back, with similiar symptoms with solution:
-remove all print cartridges
-reinstall only the cartridge that printer recognizes as not needing to be replaced
-close cover and follow prompts to print in 1 cartridge print mode (including alignment)
-After setting up in mode above, open cover and reinstall cartridge printer msg'd needing to be replaced and cross your fingers
Hope this help provide path-forward.
