Hi @cc5521,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you are facing the blinking information light on your HP DeskJet 2622 All-In-One Printer typically indicates that there is an issue that needs attention. Here are some steps you can take to diagnose and resolve the issue:

1. Check for Error Messages

Look at the printer's display screen or your computer for any error messages that might explain why the information light is blinking.

2. Check the Ink Cartridges

  • Open the printer's ink cartridge access door.
  • Make sure the ink cartridges are installed correctly.
  • If any ink cartridges are low or empty, replace them.
  • Clean the contacts on the ink cartridges and inside the printer if necessary.

3. Check for Paper Jams

  • Open the printer's paper tray and check for any paper jams.
  • Remove any stuck paper and ensure the paper path is clear.

4. Check the Paper Tray

  • Ensure that the paper is loaded correctly in the tray.
  • Make sure the paper guides are adjusted properly to hold the paper.

5. Reset the Printer

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

6. Check Network Connection

  • If you are using the printer over a network, ensure it is connected to the Wi-Fi properly.
  • Check the network settings on the printer and make sure it is connected to the correct network.

7. Run the Printer's Diagnostic Tool

  • Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool to diagnose and fix any issues with the printer. You can download it from the HP website.

8. Update Printer Firmware and Drivers Update the firmware on an HP printer
