The power button is blinking off and on. No other buttons are flashing on the control panel.

I have a HP DeskJet 4100e All-in-One Series Printer, serial #[Personal Information Removed].  I have unplugged the printer from the computer and the wall outlet.  I waited then plugged it back in.  After turning it back on it automatically prints the item I printed yesterday and the power button blinks. All other buttons on the control panel are dark.  HELP!!
