Hi. I turned on my less than 2-year old (out of warranty) printer that has not been heavily used.
The carriage cannot move and the carriage and ink cartridges are stuck to the right.
Here's the message: The print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door. Clear any paper jam or obstruction and select OK.
I have tried everything I can think of. One suggestion was to access the ink cartridge area and unstuck it. I don't have very good access on the right and when I've tried to unstick it, there's not much movement. Has anyone experienced this? Were you able to fix it?
Thanks.

A little more information.
When I went into HP Smart to see if the software was up to date (a suggestion from HP support file) under the printer status, the cyan ink cartridge icon was highlighted saying that the cartridge was faulty. The problem is that I cant access the ink because it is stuck on the right side and covered by the outer shell.
