I suddenly get this message trying to print and I cannot see what is wrong as the access is properly closed. Any idea how to reset the message/close the panel or trick the panel to believe it is closed?

Hi, the printer model number is TH5CB3J1Dt and it is a ENVY 4520 printer. I know the guarantee has expired but puzzled that it seems impossible to fix by myself closing the access shelf/door.
