Hi there,

I used this printer on a yacht for 1 year and so, worked fine, now after some time off (still in the boat, but no signs of water/other damage), it is printing the documents with missing parts... the printed parts are ok, it looks like missing information only.

I used to print direct from phone, but now tried to do it via usb with a mac and new drivers installed. Same problem.

I made a photocopy to see if it came out fine (as recommended in a topic here) but it doesn't.

See the align print below, where lots of blocks to choose the best alignment are not even printed.

Any solution?

cheers

Hi,

I would guess any of the cartridges got clogged due the time, I would assume might be the tri-color one, although can't be sure from the included Alignment sheet.

Please print and evaluate a Printer Status Report:

Can you see any specific color missing? or maybe cut or missing Black color areas?

Hi ShlomiL,

Thank you for your feedback. I was out, thus the late reply.

I just printed the printer status report and attached you can see the result.... almost all info missing. But there is color and black print, so cartridges have ink. I guess it is some kind of fail in communication between printer and cartridges? But I have checked and cleaned the connections and they look fine. No kind of rust, nothing, like new.

Any  ideas?
