Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer

The printer just started displaying "There is a problem with the printhead.  Event Code 62-80-13"  How is this fixed? I can print, but not scan or copy.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand that you are getting the event code 62.80.13 error. I'd like to help!

 

Please follow the steps mentioned below.

 

  • Reset the printer
  • Reset the printer to try and recover from printer failures.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the power source.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and the printer

 

NOTE: HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
