I have an HP ENVY Photo 7155. The touchscreen stopped responding and is no longer under warranty. When the power is on and I touch the screen, it lights up, but I cannot navigate the touchscreen. However, I can select the network, home, question mark, and back buttons.
I tried the hard reset (disconnected power cord for 1min), and even checked online for a firmware update. My printer is up to date and the screen just won’t respond to touch. It is not cracked or damaged.
Please help, before I buy a new printer from a different manufacturer.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
