Product: HP 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The red ink will not print on my printer. I red ink was low so replaced with the new cartridge. Red would then not print. Called HP went through all the directions they gave me, still didn't work. They sent a new cartridge, I replaced it, still doesn't work. I did all the maintenance tests too. No error messages and ink shows full.
