Hi @JulianaNikolic,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're seeing an error message on your HP Officejet 6600 printer that says "There is a problem with the printer or ink system", it could be due to a few different reasons. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.

  • Restart your printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for 60 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Check ink levels: Make sure the ink cartridges in your printer are not empty or low on ink. If they are, replace them with new ones.
  • Check for jammed paper: If there's any jammed paper in your printer, it can cause this error message to appear. Check for any paper jams and remove them.
  • Reset the printer: Sometimes resetting the printer can fix this issue. To reset your printer, turn it off and unplug it from the power source. Wait for 60 seconds and then plug it back in and turn it on.
  • Clean printhead: If the printhead is dirty or clogged, it can cause this error message. Follow the instructions in your printer manual to clean the printhead.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
