I"m getting this error message:

There is a problem with the printer or print system. Turn the printer off then on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP. 0x6100004a

I have turned the printer off (properly) and on and it tells me I didn't, I then unplugged, replugged, etc.  Still getting the same message above.

Just seen your second reply.  I haven't printed any labels lately and printed something fine yesterday.  Nothing's been printed since.  The ink cartridge isn't coming over to the middle when I open up to see the paper, etc.  It's 6 years old.  I'm about to go buy a new one. Yuck!
