Hi Kenny, best bet is to contact HP Support as you'll require a replacement printer. If you're based in the US check out the Contact Support link at the top of this page..

The problem can be rectified in 9 easy steps:

Step 1 - Unplug the cord from the wall and from the back of the printer.

Step 2 - Grasp the printer securely with both hands, carry it outside and throw it in the trash. If you are outraged by such a preposterous idea, proceed to step 3, else proceed to step 8.

Step 3 - Search more online forums like this. If you can't get the advice you need to make it work reconsider to step 2, else proceed to step 4.

Step 4 - Call HP Support, spend an hour on the call, following all their instructions (to do the things again you have already done from prior research in the forums). If you can't get the advice you need to make it work reconsider to step 2, else proceed to step 5.

Step 5 - Do more research into the possibility of repairing the printer yourself by selfhelp videos on youtube like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1-lkU5cFwIA (Do not ignore the recommendation to wear disposible gloves, the ink is nasty) If your printer model does not have an easily removable printhead like this reconsider to step 2, else proceed to step 6.

Step 6 - Do more research into the possibility of repairing the printer yourself by self-help instructions like this http://technicalinstructions.blogspot.com/2016/01/how-to-fix-there-is-problem-with.html that teaches you step by step how to unscrew the printhead and clean it. This might require investment in some tools and a large time commitment. If your first attempt is unsuccessful, repeat step 6. (I mean the old saying goes to try again if you fail the first time.) After the third unsuccessful attempt reconsider step 2, else proceed to step 7.

Step 7 - Scour the local media for a reputable repair shop and take the printer in to an expert repair technician. This step will probably involve a diagnostic fee, after which the technician's recommendation will probably be to reconsider step two and then proceed to step 8.

Step 8 - Go out an buy another printer.

Step 9 - Print happily ever after.
