HP Envy 4504

Hello. The printer is OK, printing. There is a problem with the scanner of the HP Envy 4504 MFP. The command starts scanning, the scanning process begins, the carriage moves to the extreme right position and ... freezes. The message "Scanning" hangs all the time and nothing more. The HP Printer and Scan Doctor simply writes "Windows scan error (WIA)" when checking the scanner driver. Drivers, operating system, connection method and Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service work properly. It's not about them, checked. It looks like a printer firmware failure. HP Update indicates that the latest update is installed, but apparently this firmware is malfunctioning. How can I manually flash (update firmware) the HP Envy 4504 MFP?
