Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a paper jam in my 8710 printer, cleared it and have done the unplug reset 4 times, error message persists.  Printer prints fine but can't get the jam message off the screen so can't copy or scan.  Anyone know of a advanced hard reset I can try please?  Thanks, Doug.

You may yet have a paper jam in an area that is not visible.  Try these instructions to clear a paper jam for your printer model:
