In the printqueue remain 8 documents.

When I want to cancel the job, a wheel starts turning on the screen but......keeps turning on.

@MJJVD, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Here’s a step-by-step solution to help you clear the stuck print jobs on your HP ENVY Photo 7830 All-in-One Printer using Windows 11. This issue is usually caused by a stalled print spooler or corrupted print job files.

Step-by-Step Fix: Clear the Print Queue

Option 1: Use HP Smart’s Diagnose & Fix Tool (Recommended)

  1. Download HP Smart from 123.hp.com.
  2. Open the app and sign in or create an HP account.
  3. Select your printer, then click the wrench icon (bottom left).
  4. Choose Diagnose & Fix and follow the on-screen instructions.

Option 2: Manually Clear the Print Queue

If HP Smart doesn’t resolve it, try this:

  1. Turn off your printer and unplug it.
  2. On your PC, press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  3. In the Services window:
    • Scroll down and right-click "Print Spooler" > Stop.
  4. Open File Explorer and go to:C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
    • Delete all files in this folder (these are the stuck print jobs).
  5. Go back to Services, right-click Print Spooler again > Start.
  6. Restart your computer and turn the printer back on.

After That:

  • Try printing a test page.
  • If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling the printer driver using HP Smart.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
