Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer is acting weird, sometimes prints, sometimes not... it shows an icon saying is not connected to internet, but when I go to HP Smart, it is and is running the HP instnatnt ink programme.... but in my account dashboard syas that they cannot give status because is an old printer... HP Offiejet pro 8620, which is win 10 compatible... I have it wired to my computer and shared to my little home network. I have updated software... not sure what else I can do
