Product: Officejet pro 7740

Hi, recently I've been getting the following message when trying to scan to USB thumdrive I have been using form a few years without any issues:

 

  • "The memory device has been formatted using a filing system that is not supported"

 

I bought 2 new USB drives both formatted to MS-DOS (FAT32) (verbatim) which both get the same error message. I reformatted one but it still gets the same error message. images of the thumb drives info windows:

Running Mac OS 14.5 Sonoma.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
