I have changed the black toner (117A) and I am still getting a "Toner very low" message on the display and the HP Smart app is also telling me that the toner is empty. I have tried removing and refitting the toner cartridge several times, and also tried reinstalling the software for the printer., but I am still getting the same massage.
Can anyone help me resolve the issue please. It is very frustrating having to press continue after every page is printed to be able to print the next page.

If you insert your old toner, do you still see the error message?
Let us know.
