I have an HP3525n. I get an error message that the transfer belt need replacement. I took it out and cleaned it and emptied the toner tray. The belt has virtually no damage to it and looks to be in good condition but it still doesn't work. A video I watched said to reset the page count but I can't find how to do that. Does anyone know how to reset the page count?

I think that is the same as a "fuser"
If so then try this
Let me know if it works. If you ask CoPilot you might get another answer

There is no reset for the transfer belt counter. HP designed this product to have the belt last the rated life of the print engine which is 150K pages. What is the exact error showing on the screen right now?

The error is: 59.f0 (zero). The help screen then shows: "Transfer unit is missing or a motor error has occurred. Follow next steps to make sure the transfer unit is installed". Then the screen shows how to remove and replace the transfer unit.
