Envy 6032
macOS 10.15 Catalina

My Envy 6032 printer has worked beautifully up until last night. It is now insisting that the tray is open, when it isn't open. I've run through the troubleshooting for this issue, I've tried unplugging the power cable and plugging it back in again after 60 seconds, etc. It is showing the orange light on the side, and also the red X.

I've also read through solutions in the community, and can't see any broken tabs (also no idea how that would happen - I don't even think the printer had been touched before it threw up this error!)

The printer is within warranty (runs out in a couple of months). Help! I just want to be able to print!
