I have been able to print from my office jet through a wireless connection before. But recently it would not print. Went to my desktop and could not print from USB either. Removed printer software and installed lastest software and I can now print from desktop connected by USB. But I cannot connect to wireless network. I tried connecting from front panel and it finds my wireless network and I type in the password but it can not connect. The print report says it failed on connecting to network name but this has not changed. Not sure what to do next. The solution on print report is to check they match and they do.

Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
Let's perform Restore network defaults
1. From the printer control panel, touch Setup and then touch Network Setup.
2. Touch Wireless Settings.
3. Touch Advanced Settings.
4. Touch Restore network defaults.
Restart the printer
Now try connecting the printer to the network.
