I have my hp laserjet pro m12w connected in the Hp smart app in my ipad. The truble is that when i press print, it says printing but it doesnt. Can you help me please? I

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues printing from your iPad.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you able to make a copy?

Is the printer and the iPad connected to the same network?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the HP Smart app on your iPad and then download and install it again from the Apple store.

i tried uninstalling the app and downloading it again, but it didn’t work
