Hello,
I am trying to print 4x6'' photos on HP Premium Plus Photo Paper Glossy.
The photo comes out with only some of it printed, i.e., it's cut in the middle.
I tried several times and every time it cuts in an arbitrary location.
I loaded the paper according to instructions in manual, used all the needed settings (paper size, etc.).
I tried to calibrate and align the printheads, reset the printer, update the driver.
Nothing helped. I tried many photos and only once did it come out right.
I would very much appreciate the help.
Thanks,
Nir

@Nir4
Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Step 1: Load photo paper into the main input tray
- Step 2: Print the photo
- Click here:https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03422222 to complete the troubleshooting steps (refer to Paper size: Select the paper size you loaded in the printer, such as 4 x 6, 5 x 7, or 8 x 10 paper.)

Hi Echo_Lake,
Thanks for trying to assist.
Unfortunately, the steps you wrote to me didn't help.
I attached photos to show you the problem.
When I send the photo to print, it seems like the printer is working but the photo paper is not coming out,
until only a few seconds later, which results in a cut-off photo. There are also ink spreadings on the back.
You can see it in the photos I attached.
If you have any more ideas I can try, I would love to hear.
Thanks,
Nir
