Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Have a HP ENVY 6455e Printer and am trying to print envelopes using the Downloaded program Hllmark Card Studio Deluxe and am having an extremely tough time getting envelopes to print. I get an error message that says "Your Printer nees your attention. The ink cartridge in your printer is not working."  The cartridges work fine printing in any other program, or just printing cards in the Hallmark Program. I have contacted Hallmark Tech Support and they tell my it is an HP printer issue and I need to contact them. I have had a tough time trying to get ahold of a tech from HP to help me with this issue. Would there by chance be anyone out there who has had this issue and was able to resolve it and get envelopes to print?
