HP office jet 3830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am setting up my office jet w/ touch screen. I need to enter wireless network password, but the touch screen has "1-2' 3-4" "5-6" as choices. I need to enter "2" but it always comes out "1"!  HOW do I get to the "2" as a choice??

What you mention here is known as a "workaround". I may try that, but I really want to know

how can I enter the digit "2" from the touchscreen? !!  There is a box labeled "12". Each time I press it the number "1" appears.
