HP OfficeJet 3833

So I've been trying to print a 6 page booklet for the past 3 hours now due to one error. My printer keeps recognizing my letter sized resume paper that I'm trying to get the back pages printed on, as the wrong size and refuses to print. I have researched, I have made every feasible attempt at a fix that I can from my phone (what I am printing from). And have hit wall after wall. I downloaded the apps and they did nothing to help combat the error, and I'm unsure as to why they even suggest installation of them as they do the same thing my pdf app already does. The system is updated and up to date. I have restarted the printer multiple times. Nothing has changed.

The printer still works as the same page will print on a plain letter paper. But the moment I insert this particular resume letter paper and change the settings to be letter, specialty paper, matte, the mismatch error appears without fail. I did five other pages before this one and I cannot for the life of me understand why this is happening.

When I went to HP's site, I tried to go through their support channel, inserting my device's serial number again and again without success as it was marked as "invalid".

Even if invalid, I wish the site would give an option to just offer other information in lieu of the serial number. As my device definitely exists. And a serial number has proved to be an infuriating barrier to receiving help with one of their products.

Is there an email or some other channel I can go through to get help on this matter?
