Product: Deskjet 2130
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Tried to print passport photos but instead of expected full colour result, they were all with a green tinge like the Incredible Hulk. Did a dianostic with Print and Scan Doctor Utility but result is still the same. The colour inks are there and the actions taken to clean print head made no difference.

 

What is the solution to this problem?
