I'm using Lightroom and/or Photoshop as the application to print my photographs. Colours seem over-saturated when printed and print looks a bit dark. 

I've read that I should stop the printer managing colours in the print driver, but I can't find anywhere to do it.

Welcome to HP support community.

 

Managed by application or ICM Handled by Host System: Allows the app you are printing from to manage colors.

Refer steps mentioned under "Color and black & white settings" in this document to change the settings:- Click here

Here's what I see when I try to print from Adobe Lightroom. Color Management allows me to select a driver for my Epson Printer  but there's nothing for my HP Printer

Epson is my other printerEpson is my other printer

No when I select the HP Printer in Lightroom here are the properties. I can't see anything in the following properties tabs that allow me to switch off the printer managing the colours

This might require remote access of your computer to fix this issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
