Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

If I go to the Tools in the HP Smart App the check box for auto updates is ticked, but it is greyed out. Clicking on either apply or cancel simply closes down this section and nothing seems to have changed. Any ideas on how to disable the auto updates?

Resolved. To access the greyed out auto updates and turn them off you simply disconnect from the web services.
