Accidentally - unknown - turned on two sided printing and can find no menu setting to turn it OFF. help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Try these steps to disable duplex or 2-sided printing - 

 

1) In the search box, type and open "Printer & Scanners".

 

2) Select your printer from the list and then click on "Manage". 

 

3) Click on "Printing Preferences". 

 

4) Select "No" from the drop-down list for print on both sides located either in "Layout" or "Printing Shortcut tab".
