I see that you are facing duplex printing issues with your HP Smart Tank 7305 All-In-One printer.

Yes, that worked from using the computer but when I put in a double-sided document to print from the Fedder tray it will not print double sided but will print only 1 side

Please download and install the firmware update on the computer connected to the printer from this Link 


You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware.

Hi, Thank you for replying 

I downloaded and installed the fireware update from your link. but pc said it was all ok 

  

I went to copy a double-sided form it printed on 1 side then it took the paper back in and it never printed on the other side it came back out blank. it prints duplex from the pc.

Specs for this device does not list double sided copying as a feature

Nor does the user guide mention 2 sided copies

On the box it says Fast automatic  2 sided printing , why say that if it won't print 2 sided from the feeder tray.
