UI Firmware upgrade was completed unsuccessfully. Replaced main PCB. Tried to update firmware via USB. Not working.

Samsung  C2670.. Initial problem with machine was, it would go to sleep and not wake. It would still print, but they were unable to use any scan or copy functions. If they unplugged for about a minute, it would then work until the next time it went to sleep.

I attempted to update the firmware via EWS and got the message “Firmware update completed unsuccessfully”

Replaced the main controller board (and of course I could not update firmware via EWS because the new board does not have an ip address) Still have same message on screen.

I tried to update firmware via USB. My laptop went thru the motion of updating, but the machine did nothing.
